Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through the approved scheduling method (e.g., email, or messaging platform). Sessions are confirmed once payment is received (if applicable) and a confirmation message is sent. Sessions are conducted online at the agreed-upon time. It is the student’s responsibility to be available and ready at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not extend the session time; the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance will not be penalized and may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend a session without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee or counted as a used session. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the tutor’s discretion. Tutor Cancellations If the tutor must cancel a session, the student will be offered a reschedule or a full refund/credit. The tutor will provide as much notice as possible in the event of cancellation. Policy Agreement By booking a tutoring session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation Policy.
